Bring your rugby club to Key Biscayne, Florida, and enjoy a unique rugby experience with KB Rugby Rats. We welcome youth rugby clubs from U6 to U19 for friendly matches, training sessions, and rugby exchange experiences in Miami.

KB Rugby Rats is a rugby development program based in Key Biscayne, Florida, welcoming children and teens from ages 4 to 19. Our mission is to support each player’s growth not only in athletic performance, but also in motor skills and education. Everything we do is grounded in the core values of rugby: respect, teamwork, discipline, integrity, and a spirit of good sportsmanship.

We are proud to have teams across multiple age groups, from U6 through U19, and our U16 and U19 teams are current Florida champions.

We welcome rugby clubs, academies, schools, and touring teams interested in playing friendly matches or organizing training sessions with our teams.

Suggested age groups:

U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U19

The final match schedule depends on the visiting club’s age groups, number of players, and travel dates.

Our preferred visiting window is:

October through December

The more advance notice we receive, the easier it is to coordinate fields, schedules, local support, and optional activities.

Players and families are welcome.

Many visiting clubs choose to travel with parents and siblings, making the experience both a rugby trip and a family visit to Miami. Key Biscayne offers a safe, family-friendly environment close to beaches, parks, restaurants, and many Miami attractions.

KB Rugby Rats is also home to Rugby4All, our mixed-ability rugby program that brings together players with and without disabilities to share the joy of rugby.
