About Rugby4All

Rugby4All is a mixed-ability program that brings together young players with and without disabilities to share the joy of rugby.

Founded by Francisco Lauzan and Manuel Cortabarria as a youth-led community initiative in Key Biscayne, Rugby4All grew from a simple idea: that everyone belongs on the field.

Each week, players, volunteers, and families gather to learn, laugh, and play side by side — building friendships and breaking barriers through sport.

Powered by Rugby4All and guided by international mixed-ability rugby principles, the KB Rats’ new division celebrates inclusion, teamwork, and the true spirit of the game.
